In accordance with the Personal Data(Privacy) Ordinance, the Hong Kong Chinese Women’s Cub(the Club) has adopted the following policies to safeguard web user’s personal information and is committed to protecting its confidentiality. Please read our Privacy Policy before submitting your personal information.
The Club will handle your service request according to your provided personal information which is collected on a voluntary basis only. Without sufficient information, we may not handle your request accordingly, please ensure your provided information is correct and contact us if there’s any updates.

The Club will limit the collection and use of personal information to the purpose directly to the functions or activities stated on the collection. All personal information web users provides to the Club is secured on the Club’s server with restricted access to designated employees who need to carry out legitimate functions or activities. The Club may release the personal information to the following third parties if necessary :

1.	The parties related to the assessment of the service request by the web users such as the Governmental departments, non-governmental organizations or public/professional parties;
2.	The persons/parties whom the web users have given consent to release; or
3.	The parties as required by law or pertinent to judicial or government investigation;

Other than those exempted in the Personal Data(Privacy) Ordinance, the web users has the right to view, correct or update all the personal information provided to the Club. This right includes the right of getting hard copies of the personal information after the submission of application forms and payment of charging fees in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Club.
